Q How do I start doing business with ATM?
A In order to start doing business with us, you should first get appointed. You must have a valid insurance license, a million dollar E&O coverage, and a $10,000 bond (California brokers only). Once appointed, you will be assigned a unique Broker ID as well as a login details to access the online Rapid Rater™ and applications. Click here to get appointed.
Q How do I create a new account?
A If you are already appointed with us, please call front desk at 714-414-1200 and they will assist you in creating a new account for you. If you are not appointed, click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT on the top section of the website. Once you fill out the application and submit, marketing department will review and send your credentials to the email address you provided.
Q How do I change my password? or I forgot my password.
A Once you login, click on the EDIT PROFILE icon and you will find a form to change your password. If you forget your password, there is also a link next to the login button that can help you with temporary password. You can also call the front desk or any underwriter/csr you know and they will help you with any password questions.
Q How do I change my address and/or telephone number and/or email address?
A Once you login to ATM Online, click on the EDIT PROFILE icon on top of the webpage and you will find a form to change all your details. You can also call the front desk or any underwriter/csr you know and they will help you with any password questions
Q How do I create new user in our agency?
A Once you login, click on USER MANAGEMENT icon and you will find a form to create a new user. You can also use the same section to make an user active/inactive. If you couldn't able to figure out how to add a new user, please call front desk and someone will help you finish the task.
Q Where do I find the forms that I need to submit?
A Please click on the FORMS icon on the top of the webpage. All forms are listed in order of department.
Q How do I find if you can write a certain class code?
A Please click on the FORMS icon on the top of the webpage and you will find eligible class code list.
Q Do you accept credit cards?
A Currently we are not accepting any credit card processing. We are going to start in a few months. Until then please use our check by fax form to submit your payment. Check by fax form can be found under Forms section.
Q Where and How do I send my payments ?
A At present we are accepting only check by fax or direct check mailing. Please click on the FORMS sections to find the right check by fax for you quote. If you already received a quote online, please check the printable application for check by fax form. You can also contact an underwriter/csr for the program and they will provide you check by fax form.
Q Do you allow broker/ageny buyouts ? How do I do it?
A Yes, we do allow broker buyouts, please call Jill Dwight at 714-414-1248 or font desk at 714-414-1200, they will help you.
Q What is the turnaround time for a quote?
A Based on the amount of quotes we receive and the order we receive, your quote turnaround time is between 12- 48hours.
Q Do you provide any online training to use your system?
A Yes, please check on the latest updates section to see online training schedule.
Q How do I change my tax I.D. from filing as an individual to a (FEIN number)for my new Corporation or LLC, or Partnership?
A

If you have had a change either in becoming a Corporation or going from a Corporation to an individual business agency you need to fill out a new W-9 and make the proper changes accordingly. Please fax the changes back to ATM at 714-414-1255. Attention:  Jill Dwight
